Artisanal Precision, Sustainable Materials & Engineering Excellence

Every Divine Cure frame represents a synthesis of traditional handcrafting artistry, sustainable raw materials, and precision engineering — from raw organic materials to finished, prescription-ready eyewear.

Sustainable Premium Materials Precision Engineering

Sustainable & Premium Raw Materials

Every pair of handcrafted spectacles begins with one of three signature mediums — selected for structural integrity, hypoallergenic properties, and artistic texture.

Premium Acrylic Sheets

Cellulose Acetate — rich colour depth, flexibility, lightweight feel, and exceptional structural memory.

Natural Hardwoods

Ethically sourced timber with unique grain patterns, organic aesthetic, and warmth against the skin.

Authentic Buffalo Horn

Biodegradable, sustainably harvested. Natural thermostatic comfort, unique marbling, ultra-lightweight luxury.

The Handcrafting & Manufacturing Process

A meticulous multi-stage workflow combining computer-controlled machinery with hands-on artisan mastery.

Stage 1: Laser & Mechanical Cutting

Precision CAD schematics are transferred onto raw acrylic, wood, or horn. CNC machines or industrial lasers carve out frame front and temple profiles with sub-millimetre accuracy.

Stage 2: Toning & Conditioning

Specialized thermal and chemical conditioning relaxes internal stresses, enhances flexural strength, and prepares the surface for seamless shaping and colour stabilization.

Stage 3: Channel Forming

Milling bits cut a uniform, V-shaped retaining groove (channel) along the inner rim of the eye wire to ensure lenses seat securely within the frame front.

Stage 4: Drilling & Group Cutting

Precision micro-drilling creates alignment holes for core wires, endpieces, and nose bridges. Batch refinement guarantees dimensional consistency across all components.

Stage 5: Kobza (Hinge) Fitting

The critical structural hinge mechanism is meticulously fitted — heat-staked into acrylic or hand-anchored and riveted into wood and buffalo horn for smooth folding and durability.

Stage 6: Edging & Polishing

Edging: Hand-bevelled for facial comfort. Polishing: Multi-stage — tumbling in walnut shells, then hand-buffing on high-speed cotton wheels for a brilliant lustre or matte finish.

Stage 7: Quality Check & Inspection

  • Orthogonal & Four-Point Alignment – Symmetric alignment, pantoscopic tilt, and balanced temple seating.
  • Hinge Tension – Smooth opening/closing without micro-wobble.
  • Channel Depth Verification – Flawless, secure lens retention.
  • Surface QA – Hairline cracks, inclusions, polish consistency.

Stage 8: Boxing & Final Packaging

  • Laser Engraving & Serializing – Frame dimensions, model details, material origins engraved on inner temple arms.
  • Packaging – Hand-cleaned, micro-polished, and fitted into protective sleeve boxing with certificates, cleaning cloth, and hard case.
